1. Upcycled glasses, neat!
Oh yes, this one takes the cake, and yes you can make them at home. All you will need are empty beer bottles (washed out and dried), a piece of string, lighter fluid, bucket of cold water (wouldn’t need all of it, but it’s always safe to have water around when the activity involves fire), and sandpaper. 2. Upcycled light bulbs.
Now this really is something. You can do so much, or as little as you want using a simple light bulb. You probably have blown out bulbs in the garage already.

3. Star Wars Tin Lanterns. Need we say more?

4. T-shirt Pillows (always a good idea)
Now this is easy and you can get your kids busy over the weekend too. All you will need for this upcycling project are a bunch of t-shirts (you want to get rid of),thread, polyester stuffing, scissors, tape measure, pencil, paper and a Sewing Machine (if you have one).

5. Bottle Rocket. This one really flies.
This upcycling project could be the highlight for a lazy Sunday, and believe me, it’s not just for the Kids. What you will need is an empty plastic bottle, Cardboard to make the cone and fins, a cork, a pump with a needle adaptor, and water. That’s all.
